Plataforma Jazz España is a non-profit association that brings together jazz festivals and programmers from all over Spain. Its purpose is the consolidation of a red activation of festivals nationwide. This network provides representation to other national cultural actors as a regular activity aimed at strengthening the sector from different action movements.
At present, more than 150 jazz festivals of different nature and dimension coexist in Spain. This platform links favor the work in red and the exchange and collaboration between its partners.
Basis
Bring together as many people or groups as possible, by contacting with organizational capacity, we are interested in the promotion and development of jazz and related music in Spain, through the creation of projects developed in common, in actions and activities that contribute to a greater diffusion of jazz and especially to the music produced in Spain.
